Tenant Lounge
Tenants are free to use the tenant lounge located on the ground floor on a first come first serve basis. The bright and cozy lounge space provides visitors and tenants alike the flexibility to work outside of their normal working offices. The communal kitchen includes a microwave and a fully stocked coffee and tea station.
Conference Rooms
There are 2 conference rooms located in the tenant lounge. These modern conference rooms are equipped with Wi -Fi, outlets, TV’s, and teleconferencing equipment, providing tenants the flexibility of hosting meetings outside of their suites for a reasonable hourly rate. The conference rooms are available for use on a reservation only basis. Reservations can be made on the h3e tenant app or the Angus Anywhere work order system.
Outdoor Patio
3130 Wilshire offers its tenants a newly renovated outdoor patio with built-in bench seating, new landscaping, patio tables, and chairs.
