3130 Wilshire is equipped with three geared traction passenger elevators.

ELEVATOR RESERVATIONS

Elevator #1 is padded for use as a freight elevator and is available on a first-come-first-serve reservation basis during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday). All reservation requests must be sent to Management for review and approval at least one business day prior to the scheduled.

Tenants may reserve the freight elevator for their exclusive use after-hours only (after 6:00 PM Monday-Friday, after 1:00 PM Saturday, all day Sunday). If the elevator will need to be used for moving or delivery purposes, please refer to the Moving Policies.
